Learn the delicious art of building a beautiful and balanced charcuterie board! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll work with local charcuterie pro, Helen Greenaway from Boxed Bites 2 Go who will guide you through a demo on styling, pairing, and assembling the perfect platter. Learn all the tricks for building the ultimate board (think folds, pairings, and flavour flow).
Then, roll up your sleeves for a guided session in crafting your own beautiful 18" custom wooden board, perfect for future grazing glory with Sarah Gearhart.
