Join us for a hands-on, instructor-led experience with Helen Greenaway of Boxed Bites 2 Go.
In this interactive class, each participant will design and build their own personal charcuterie platter while learning expert tips and techniques along the way. Helen will guide you through creating beautiful fruit carvings, crafting stunning salami roses, and pairing cheeses and fruits for both flavor and visual impact.
You’ll leave not only with a gorgeous, ready-to-enjoy platter, but also the skills and confidence to recreate these techniques for your own gatherings.
